CANCELLATION POLICY - سياسة الإلغاء
KABSHI serves as an agent for buyers, on their behalf, KABSHI performs all kinds of sacrificial rituals, transports and distributes the resulting meat. All this is done in accordance with the principles and provisions of Islamic sharia. By purchasing through the website, authorized social media channels, or authorized sales points, customers authorize KABSHI to purchase and slaughter the sacrificial animal and use and distribute the resulting meat to eligible beneficiaries within Africa, as well as other activities that may appear accidentally or in relation to the above. Such authorization constitutes a general power of attorney, which means that the buyer fully authorizes the management of KABSHI to act as their “agent”.
KABSHI undertakes to execute orders within the Sharia-prescribed timing or immediately upon receipt of the order (within the timeline highlighted during purchase process), unless otherwise impeded by an event beyond its control. The adopted Fatwa states that the buyer is considered to have fulfilled his obligation once he pays the amount and receives a purchase confirmation from KABSHI, the buyer will not be entitled to cancel the order.
